It’s been almost a month since we started covering Southeast Asian Aidilfitri 2025 commercials. Over the last month, we have covered some of the best Southeast Asian Hari Raya 2025 commercials, ranging from funny to heartwarming and the most soul-stirring ones. I felt that doing a round-up of Southeast Asian Hari Raya ads from this year, which made people feel good about themselves and the world, would be the perfect way to end our blog series on Southeast Asian Eid adverts.

So, here we are for one last time this season with 5 feel-good Southeast Asian Aidilfitri 2025 ads that will serve as the perfect tribute to Hari Raya commercials this year. Let’s take a look at these.

1. Celcomdigi: Syukur

Kindness and gratitude are often the two most recurring themes in Raya advertising. Malaysian telecom company Celcomdigi has released an advert that highlights the significance of goodwill and gratitude.

The 5-minute spot follows a young aspiring female singer as she struggles to adjust to living and working away from home. Her poor financial situation prevents her from visiting her home for Hari Raya, leaving her heartbroken. But one day during a public performance, her melodious voice along with her tears draws the attention of a woman who not only appreciates her talent but also leaves her enough tip to visit her home.

As it turns out, this secret benefactor was none other than the Malaysian singer-songwriter, Yunalis Mat Zara'ai, known professionally as Yuna, who posts the girl’s singing performance online.

You see, sometimes life adds unexpected happiness to our lives!

2. Govsg: Sehati di Aidilfitri

Fate often adopts rather unusual ways to bring people together— this sweet 2-minute Hari Raya spot by the Singaporean government is a fine example of that.

The advert opens with a woman chasing a young girl who takes off from her sewing stall after getting her cloth stitched without realizing that the sewing thread is still attached to it. As she pursues the girl, she runs into a young man. Sparks fly, romantic tension builds up, and before they know it, love blooms between the two.

Watch the ad to find out how their cute, unexpected love story finds closure!

3. Maxis

Staying connected with our loved ones helps us overcome the most adverse situations. This lovely spot by the Malaysian telecom brand Maxis underscores the significance of these connections.

The ad shows a young child being left behind when his aunt and his siblings stop for a break on their way to his grandparents’ house during Eid. However, once they realize that they left the poor fellow behind, they sing his favorite song to keep him relaxed. Also, one of the vendors around him feeds him to keep him calm and composed.

As you might have guessed, the rest of the party soon arrives and takes him with them after expressing their gratitude to the vendor for taking care of the kid.

4. Fujifilm: A Home In Every Picture

I have always maintained that more than one’s biological connections, it’s the connections we form on the way that matter. This brilliant Fujifilm spot tries to showcase that.

The ad follows a young woman preparing to go home for Raya as she recalls her time as a student in a small town and the connections she's made along the way through her photographs. Be it the local barber or other vendors, they often go the extra mile to make sure that she feels at home.

Sometimes, the smallest gestures can do a person a world of good and this advert proves that beyond doubt!

5. AmBank Group: Bisikan Pulang

A father's love is endless. No matter how old we are. This heartwarming advert by the Malaysian banking group AmBank showcases the journey of a father's love and the spirit of togetherness that often calls us to return to our hometown.

The ad follows a young lad whose father has passed away recently but has left a series of instructions for him to follow so that he can lead a happy life. Watch this beautiful advert to understand why we must continue to live on despite being separated from our loved ones.

Wrapping Up

And that’s a wrap of some of the best feel-good Southeast Asian Aidilfitri 2025 ads. Eid offers brands the luxury of experimenting with their storylines and messaging, albeit with some limitations. However, to maximize the potential of Eid marketing, you must figure out what your target audience expects from you and channel your efforts accordingly.

We’ll be back with more amazing ad campaigns for you. Till then, stay tuned!
